BUILD BACK BETTER

What the upcoming months
and years will look like

“We’re not where we want to be, and not where we’re going to be…. but we sure are a long way from where we were.” – Martin Luther King, Jnr

The spread – and containment – of the coronavirus is following a very predictable pattern that epidemiologists have been warning us about for some time. That means that we have a glimpse into the near future, as each country finds its place on this progression.

The TomorrowToday team has been following these trends since the outbreak in early 2020, and can assist organisations to plot what will happen next.

This session ends by looking at scenarios for the “new normal” that will emerge after we’ve dealt with Covid-19, arguing strongly that no country or organisation will go “back to normal”. This is an era shifting event, and we will show you some of what will change forever in the next 12 to 18 months, while also giving a short-term view of the next 12 to 18 weeks.

Take Home Value
  • A dose of reality for your team - maybe not the "good news" that you'd hope to hear, but the right news that you need to hear

  • Prepare for the next few weeks, months and years

  • Set up the right conversations about the near future

  • Inspire and motivate your team to see the world through the eyes of opportunity, and give them a boost at the same time

Hope is that thing inside us that insists, despite all evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us if we have the courage to reach for it, and to work for it, and to fight for it.
